Happy Birthday to the man I love! I saved the sappy stuff for his bday card, but Taylor is seriously such a fantastic husband. His personality is perfect for me. He is so easy-going, never ever yells, but he'll definitely put me in my place if needs be. We are a perfect match. And I'm thrilled he'll always be older than I am!
We had a great weekend celebrating Taylor's 29th birthday. Friday, we went out to dinner with Taylor's parents and his friend Abe from high school, his wife, Meg and their 7 month old twin boys. It was great to catch up with them. On Saturday, Taylor spent the day golfing. We went to dinner with some friends at Malawi's, had a blast playing shuffle board across the street and then we went to a movie. Of course I wanted to see Crazy Stupid Love or The Help, but since it was his birthday, I didn't feel right about begging to see a chick flick. Secretly disappointed, we ended up seeing Rise of the Planet Apes which actually was pretty good. Then Sunday, my family dropped by and we opened a few presents and had Taylor's favorite Magleby's carrot cake and this delicious Better Than Sex cake our friend Amber made for him.

Hsppy Birthday to Tay! It's true- it's great to have a husband who will always be older than you. That being said, mine has actually only got me by 2 months... Haha. Miss you!
